great gym, we are members in gyms in hamilton so felt quite welcomed into this establishment on a casual aspect. excellent facilities

Cheap membership and easy acess

Bice 24 hour access gym. Real easy train here. Good equipment and never too busy. Parks a plenty near by so real easy to smash out a quick work out. The staff are awesome and do everything they can to create a really positive and supportive atmosphere.

amazing gym facility, has great equipment. Always clean and I love the separate room where you can go in to stretch and put on classes on the monitor. only downfall is the amount of space in the gym, it doesn't have a lot of space

I went for a trial here and the staff were fantastic, equipment always clean and new + easy to use. Would definitely have gone here more often if it was closer to where I live and a bit cheaper
