Great selection of dog foods and special products for dogs like dog rocks which are great. Always things on sale too. Staff were friendly.

The team at Animates are amazing! The Manager Kevin is super friendly and helpful. They even accept the online discounts in-store which is great! i love coming here

The part where you can wash your dog is wonderful, its so much easier to wash my dog there than at home. Great idea.

Mainly use this place for dog wash, service is great, however I think the products are over priced, and they recently stopped supplying towels with the dog wash so not as good value as it used to be. My dog definitely fills up on treats from the staff though

The range of fish in store is disappointing, it used to be great, but i like that they have a loyalty programme. Pricing can be slightly more than other pet stores
