Great location being so close to town. The area surrounding in the carpark was quite rough and dirty. The warehouse itself was lovely and clean and well set out. Friendly staff too.

Great customer service and prices. The only problem i have is their limited range of tv shows on sale
Other than that they have a good selection of products.

Nice large store with plenty of selection. Great toy section with all the popular toys in stock. Great clothes for toddler-aged boys. Only thing is that the store is very full of stock, so can be tricky to navigate a trolley with a restrained toddler without him trying to knock everything down!!

Better than the Hastings one because it has heaps of stock. Also it's great that it's open so late too!

I always enjoy coming over to the Napier store, I prefer the setup to the Hastings one but I must say they are alot slower to put their items on clearance prices, often I've shot over when I need more than what I can find in Hastings but the items aren't on sale in Napier...weeks later they are though!
