      This is the go-to place for take-away fish and chips to eat on the seafront or your hotel balcony. Fresh fish, potato or kumera chips, fried squid, etc. Not greasy, light, sweet and delicious. It is popular, but if you have to wait, the wharf and waterfront walkway is an ideal way to fill in the time.

      Rude cook. Food took forever and was the smallest piece of fish. Very poor value. Girl at desk was nice and helpful. I won't be coming back

      We have been a few times but have had mixed results. Some orders have been totally good but the last order the food was greasy and not very nice. Also small portion sized for the price.
