Submitted my application for an express loan, spoke on the phone to credit controller Kyle and he was awesome to work with! Very polite in dealing with my application as I live rurally we had to deal with the loss of service, he was very respectful and called me back quickly to sort it out.

I then came into the Napier store and dealt with Chrystal, she was awesome to work with as well being very prompt in organising my documents and guiding through filling it out.

Every time I have come in store staff have THE BEST customer service and will do their absolute best to assure you can get approved for your loan.

I Will absolutely be back to deal with Superloans again!
