Store is large and well stocked. Heaps of car parking available. Store is well layed out to make it easy to find what you are looking for and heaps of staff around to help you if you get stuck finding something or need advice

Bought a screwdriver set online and collected it from the store a couple of days later. Smiling cashier. I was in the queue longer than I was at the counter. End of transaction. This all seemed fine until I got emailed a SURVEY wanting to know about my shopping experience. Stop the madness, people!
