      How pleasant it is to go into this bank and receive friendly top class service without being asked if we would like to change to online banking, can we show you how to use the hole in the wall. The tellers are pleased to have your business and the company equally supportive of community activities.
      Nothing is too much trouble and one day when I was out of sorts having struggled with a personal computer matter I was taken to an office and, said documents sent for me. Now that is what I call above and beyond service.
      It's great to be valued as a person first. Well done Nelson Building Society.
