Lovely spacious store! They are well stocked and the store is always clean & tidy. Lots of friendly staff roaming around to help you. Love the play & coffee area upstairs!

Perfect location in the mall. A wide variety of books and toys, and even better it has a cafe and playground in it, so you can relax with a coffee while the children play.

There is always a great selection at Whitcoulls Botany. One thing I love about this store is the clear distinction between the ground floor and the floor above. Anything kids-related - top floor; anything else - ground floor. Makes my shopping a lot easier

This store is great. It's large and has a wide range of products. They also have lotto. The upstairs kids area is fantastic and I really appreciate that they actually have staff on hand with activities for the kids, I think that's going above and beyond

Such a cool shop! We were not impressed with upstairs having a play area for the kids and mum and dad can get a coffee at the cafe and watch the kids play! Bug store over 2 levels with lots to choose from
