Blue Pub Methven

Not much open but we stopped at The Brown Pub. We both had beef burgers on a brioche bun. They were served with chips that were excellent. The burgers were very nice though the home made meat patty was very dense.

Stayed one night with Brown its acommodation. I stayed single room with shared facilities. Bathroom was nice and clean however I didnt get hot water in the shower. Room was very warm with an oilheater. Bath towel was given but smell B.O.

Great spot to catch up with locals and outsiders too. Hit and miss kind of place.

I've stayed here for the weekend for skiing. The room was nice and toasty for the price I've paid. However the shower was a bit too cold for me. Internet worked well and the restaurant downstairs handy :)

Couldn't fault our lunch. Quick service and the plates arrived crammed. Enjoyable and we'll cooked. Was reasonably priced too. Will definitely go back.
