Awsome, friemdly staff who definitely know their stuff! They have now fixed two of my cats and have been more than happy to explain the surgery and the risks and answer any of my concerns! Have just got a puppy so will definitely be taking her there whenever she needs a vet. Love Heidi and the team at Vetcare

Heidi was fantastic at diagnosing and treating our cat who had an abcess on her side and cracked teeth. Booked her in straight away for surgery while advising on better food options as well. Great team!

Our cat Charlie had a major thyroid issue. He was very sick, losing weight and not in a good way.
Other vets only offered band aid treatments or harsh radiotherapy.

Heidi and the team offered a surgery option to take the thyroid out.

This worked a treat and Charlie has put on weight and is healthy as ever. No more medications ever and he is cured!

I high recommend surgery as an option for thyroid issues in cats and Heidi and the team are experts at dealing with it.

Thanks so much to the team at Vetcare Masterton. You are wonderful.

Heidi & her team were so incredible. They were all so professional while also so nurturing & empathetic with our fur baby & our family. Heidi's knowledge is incredible & we loved the natural approach & advice on nutrition. Even stepping into the Vet clinic, it's inviting, rather than the 'clinical type' vets I've also visited. Highly recommend.

Every problem Zena has had, big or small, has been addressed with kindness and empathy. I have always felt listened to and no question has gone unanswered. A great holistic approach to animal health and welfare. Dr Heidi and all her team are passionate about what they do, communicate any steps needed for treatment and always have your fur baby's welfare at the forefront of any advice given and decisions made.
