Countdown Supermarkets

Paid a visit to pick up a few supplies on a recent trip. Was given the wrong aisle when I enquired where a certain product was to be found, and then had the person serving me carrying on a conversation with someone else. It was the busy Christmas period however.

Took a group of ladies on a shopping spree to Masterton afterwards everyone discussing what was for dinner when we got home a call in to Countdown sorted that out great indoor specials and hot food options made for an easy tea after a bust day of shopping, thanks Countdown.

Great shop for online shopping, everything that was needed there, chickens were hot and yummy

Like the new layout and great to have self scan now. The new car park is much bigger and easier for parking. I particularly love the odd bunch range of fruit and veges and go specifically to Countdown for those products. Staff always friendly and helpful.

We shop online with Countdown, they always call if something is out of stock and ask if its okay to swap something out, they always leave a nice personalised message on the invoice & package the food nicely, we only shop at Countdown now due to such amazing customer service!
