Been here a few times and the staff are always friendly and the coffee is always good.

Wide range of food. Had a cheese scone which was fresh. A bit of smiles at the counter would be good.

To aid in Christmas Eve shopping crowds, I prepared myself with a large soy latte to go from Zampelles in Queensgate mall and the staff was super friendly with fantastic espresso to complement!

Really lovely food and coffee, however the service is really lacking. Whenever I go in there I feel like they don’t want me there and no smiles or anything. I’ve been in customer service for many years now and hospitality and it’s just unacceptable

A popular place - old style cafe - what I remember cafes were like growing up. Food was good - lots of choice.
