Review of service from Wisharts. 7 weeks ago we called them as our dishwasher broke down. We had to wait just over a week for the service tech to arrive and on the first visit he did a half job and sadly it took 2 visits before the problems were found. These of course are a week apart. The tech arrived week 3 and took a stainless steel screw and nut to find a replacement. Then silence week four until I rang them on week 5 to find out why I had heard nothing. I was told they had been to Bunnings and Mitre 10 for the bolt but they did not hold one. The next week, week 6 I got a call to advise they had a bolt but I had to wait again another week to get a service person out. That appointment was 10am-12 noon. I informed them I had to be at work at 12.30 and this was obviously not noted, 'I'll make sure he knows that' the older woman on the phone said. At 11.45 I rang to find that he was just on his way. I had asked to be called before he was coming, it seems the service centre call taker did not note this either. Luckily for us my husband had taken the day off work to help his parents and was there until it was fixed otherwise I wonder how much longer I would have been made to wait. A new service person and finally we can use the dishwasher again. And amazingly after 4 weeks of waiting on the screw and nut, the tech who came didn't need one this screw or nut as he was able to undo the one that was there. Really Wisharts lies and more lies!!!
Sadly the continuous seal is now broken is no longer continuous and the on off light doesn't work now but we can wash dishes even though the wallet is now about $400 lighter.
Good communication is not something this company believes in. And seven weeks to get a dishwasher fixed is appalling. I had used this firm in the past and was happy with the service but now not I would not recommend them to anyone.

was really happy to be able to find a replacement tray for my fridge and it wasnt very expensive. Great customer service.

Came to fix my washing machine and saved me having to buy a new one. Can highly recommend.
