Very cool vibe and friendly, helpful staff. You can try some very authentic Mexican food and drink or stick with the more well know options. The tacos are great!

This is my go to restaurant in Petone. Great staff, great food, even the cocktails and desserts are delicious and good value. Who knew cactus was so delicious?

New on the scene in Petone. VERY GOOD. This is the real deal when it comes to Mexico, it isn't contrived like some of the "tex mex" places. You feel like you are in Mexico with all of the great decorations and vibrant colours. Staff seem to be enjoying themselves so the service is spot on and attentive. Great selection of items from Tacos to queso fundido and Mexican desserts. Try the Mexican coffee with cinnamon.

I like this place a lot. It was recommended to me by a Mexican I used to work with as the most authentic Mexican food in Wellington. Nothing fancy here just really really good food. Their 'sandal' dish is amazing. Really nice atmosphere they also do awesome desserts and apparently it's also a good spot for drinks on the weekends.
