      Although there was a wait, it was well managed by a staff member taking my name and putting me in the queue. The advice was spot on, and I decided to buy a new phone. 3 days later there was a deal on the phone so i went back in and they honoured it. Very happy customer.

      Had my new Samsung Galaxy phone from here. Friendly people and did not take long time to assist me. Got my new phone on interest free plan straight away.

      They did a pretty good job getting me set up with a new phone. The only issue was the wait. There were about 8 people standing around waiting to be helped by staff, they only had 2 staff members. Plus, there isn't really a line so they can't tell who was in line first which makes it a bit awkward. I'm on a good plan though and I get free Spotify.

      Kind staff members made my day. Although I wasn't going in to buy anything I just needed help changing a setting on my phone the staff were quite happy to help and were very kind.

      Not very helpful - was having issues with email migration on my lap-top. Staff member said you are the third person this morning with the same problem. They tried but clearly did not have much of a clue. Now I'm left with not being able to send/receive emails from my phone as well as my laptop. Clearly their focus is on selling products. Disappointed customer.
