The person working on my nail checked her watch every 2 minutes and refused to put a third coat on, started chipping just after the first day, very overpriced and not good quality, this was my second bad experience with them, won't go back anymore

There may have been a change since the 2014 reviews, but when I go in for a basic manicure, they are quick and cheap. It would be great if they changed their music DVD - it's the same 8 songs for my last two visits!

Always do a good job of my nails. When I first went they recommended that I do SNS which is a bit more costly but is does last a long time for me, although my friend who is a cleaner found it chipped in a few days for her.

I booked an appointment over a month ago and when I arrived early they told me they were too busy to take me and to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned they said they were still too busy to take me, what is the point in booking???? And once I actually got it done it was a terrible job anyway, will not be returning!

Enjoyed my spa pedicure mostly due to the amazing massage chair. Staff friendly but them chatting amoungest themselves in a language I don't understand I felt was rude. Also was rushed from the chair to the back of the shop to let my nails dry would have rather stayed in the one spot and relaxed!
