My French Larder

Our party of 4 shared some pastries and dessert. Mille Feuille was buttery, airy, light, and just sweet enough but not too much. Macarons each had good flavors of their own, gluten free so my husband could eat it. Son had the dome cake which had a lovely, tangy orange cream icing. Only reason for the less than perfect review was the coffee (not bad, but not great).

Really tasty food. Pricey. Staff are really helpful. Great vibe.

Good french coffee, I liked the service and delicious dishes. A nice atmosphere to the place.

Had Le Petit Dejeuner Kiwi French and the salmon Croissant, good Croissants but the scramble eggs was runny/milky and was not buttery and creamy. Had no crisp on the outer part of the crepes. Hope for better next time. Service was helpful.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Coffee was average but the food is just freaking good. It's well worth a visit in Petone and I would certainly go there again. Service was efficient and very friendly. It's definitely an asset to Petone, and the experience was surprising and memorable. Good stuff.
