      Staff are always very friendly and knowledgable. Quality, well made products - they last for years.

      I shopped at Macpac yesterday - it seems that the staff there were happy to let me browse without anyone approaching me to see if I needed any help. Given there were more staff members in store than customers I was a little surprised (and exasperated) by this. Management may want to give their staff a bit of a refresher on customer service.
