Life Pharmacy Queensgate

Went shopping here a couple of days after christmas. The store was really understaffed and I had to wait a long time to be served even though i was standing right at the counter. Prices were a lot higher than the supermarket and next time i think i will go across to Countdown instead.

Great little pharmacy. Well stocked and has everything you need. Staff are awesome and super helpful. I find it real easy to park and use the shopping centre or super market. A great time saver.

The staff are average at best - they all need a good dose of enthusiasm. They often hang out in groups and do there best to avoid customers. There is no personal touch here. On a positive note the shop is well stocked.

Went here recently to get a prescription filled. Was told there would be a 10 minute wait. I didn't get my prescription for over an hour. Won't be going back again.

Life Pharmacy at Queensgate Mall gets very busy sometimes, so prepare for a longer wait if you are after prescription medicine. It has a wide variety of beauty products, gifts and tempting things for Sunday shoppers. Ok prices, they always have some deals and offers.
