Pretty small but it is cheap and well located. Not certain parking is the best but easy to get a park a short walk away. Location is good however, just a bit further up past queensgate. Has everything you need cardio wise. Maybe not the best for free weights but plenty of machines as well.

Great no contract memberships. Lots of equipment. I wouldnt go during peak times due to having to wait for equipment. I love that its 24hours! The bathrooms sometimes smell. They are individual rather then men and women. Membership is pretty cheap.

I love the flexibility of this concept. I can go whenever I want! It is safe and the prices are really great. They have excellent and effective equipment.
