Lesley and her team are amazing. I bought my carseat from here and the staff member that served me really went through each of the options and showed me the pros and cons so I could make the best decision. She even installed it for me and showed me how to do it myself if I need to.

I had a bad experience here, I paid for our car seat install and wasn’t happy with the install so I had it checked by another professional for a second opinion and found that the car seat was installed unsafely. I made a complaint and only after asking for a refund, they offered me a store credit. Unfortunately I won’t be using the store credit as I won’t be going back there. Very disappointed with the service, but more importantly I’m upset that the install was unsafe for my precious child. I’ve purchased a few things from their shop in the past also and found I paid way more than other places so it’s quite pricey and they say they do price matching, but the one time I asked, they wouldn’t match the price.
