Very helpful honest advice from the guy I spoke with about TVs.He was very easy to talk to and relate to. Other times I have used Harvey Norman they have also been very helpful including other branches.

We bought a fridge here. The staff was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the products. He gave us a good discount as well. Everything was so fast and easy.i'll definitely come back here.

Shop here frequently as they are prepared to negotiate a good cash price for most items. Can be frustrating in store though as the staff do feel like they hound you, particlarly in the electronics section but that probably becsuse there are so many of them.

Awesome service , bought my bed from Harvey Norman for my new flat, best offer i could get after visiting all the shops for beds around wellington . Purchased a new phone from here on the way home from a trip to Auckland. Was delivered to me first thing the next morning. Couldn't have been easier and they hadthe best price I could find by weveral hundred dollars so I was really happy with my purchase.
