in the early 2000s we used these guys,to do a Job on one of our lower hutt properties. The bill ended up going through the roof. because they wanted to move the bathroom doorway 20 mm, an excuse to milk more money out of what should have been a simple shower install.

This has become a terrible company with the owner rude, offensive and nasty. He would not go to our house to give us a quote, as he told us 'real' jobs took priority as they were paying. We booked in twice with them for a quote and they couldn't be bothered. I used them in the past about 5 years ago an they were fine.

The owner doesn't understand what customer service means.
