Love this bakery, wide variety of cakes, pastries, awesome pies and birthday gatoes are awesome. I love the chocolate cake from this place ,best pies in Wellington! The Daily Bread bakery does life-enhancing ciabatta loaves, so good.

This bakery has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I don't ever want to be without it! At school I remember reading a School Journal that had a story about how the bakers wake up early to bake the bread (for a kid, its pretty exciting to see a familiar place show up in your book!). Its such a pleasure to have a quick, casual and well-priced provider of food within walking distance of home. Its well known that people come from all over the region to get their lunch from Daily Bread.

We recently had some out-of-the-area tradies come do a large job on our house - the first day the tried out the bakery, and every day after that they went back. One of them even drove 30 minutes with his family on the weekend so they could try it out. It is well worth a visit if you are in the area (and still worth a visit, even if you're not).

Excellent Baguettes. They also have the tastiest Hot Cross Buns during Easter.
