I really enjoy shopping at this supermarket after work, its busy but it doesn't take long to get through the checkouts. The staff on the checkouts are always friendly.

Nice fresh produce and great customer service. Shame they don't have a customer toilet (having a three year old who always needs to go right in the middle of the grocery shop) but one of the staff members was nice enough to let her use the staff toilet. Thank you.

The staff at Countdown Lower Hutt was friendly and super efficient as we needed to do a quick visit for passion fruit pulp and dash!
