When changing one single tyre, the operator replaced one of our nice metallic dust caps with a cheap plastic crappy looking one. Our set of four metallic caps that originally came with the car is now down to set of three. We live out in the boonies 35 km from them and I called immediately (spoke to Dion?) and asked them to take our dust cap and put in an envelope for us...
From my number of stars, you can guess what the response was. Basically, harden up, we can take your dust caps whenever we want. Cap gone.
Not a good experience. But, lesson learned. Take off all dust caps (and maybe a good idea to remove all valuables from car) BEFORE going to a Bridgestone tyre centre.
