Big Save Furniture Lower Hutt

Big store with lots of variety and stock. Location isn't great for parking, there is on-street parking or a building just down the road. The staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. The range is good and includes cheaper options up to more expensive and higher quality versions.

Bought a $5k lounge suite from them. They said they don't have any in stock but will be delivered in abt 12 to 14 weeks. On the agreed date when the suitr did not arrive I called next day and they said their have been delays. When we finally got thr suite the 3 seater sofa leg broke they sent a guy to fix it and it fine since then but dented material is dented after all!

Great store massive floor area. So great for browsing through with a huge range of furniture. Typically stock is better for big ticket items and rooms with a larger floor area. But there is something for everyone here. Parking could be better on peak times but other than that good.

Great store to browse in. Huge selection of furniture. We do find some of their stock a bit too physically big for our small kiwi home. But a brilliant store nonetheless.

A good sized store in the very centre of town with lots of free parking.

This store is a little smaller than others but has a good range of furniture in a clean and well laid out store.

The staff were friendly although they did not have the items we wanted they have a good range and we'll definitely come back again when looking for items or during a sale.
