Excellent baby store, bought bulk nappies from here for many years, service is always excellent, the store is laid out well and simple to find things, an awesome selection of buggies and car seats and everything baby related!

I like the range of products here. They have good sales on clothing. Last time I purchased from their online store because I find the staff overbearing. On one visit a young girl followed me around the store the whole time I was there (it was really creepy and made me uncomfortable). I shop here on price and product selection.

I recently purchased some peter rabbit items and baby blankets here , the staff were helpful in helping me select the gifts and items I needed. The price is always reasonable and the store layout makes it easy to move around with a pram which is important as a mother

We were a bit disappointed with the service when we needed advice on baby car seats: on a weekday there was noone in the store who was knowledgeable! I ended up googling answers to my questions while in the store, reading the car seat manuals at the same time... This question needs a bit more expertise than baby socks and pyjamas, but i believe a store should provide advice on safety equipment!

I had some clothes I was given for my baby that were too small. They were absolutly amazing at me changing them over, it was not a hassle at all.
I also found some baby ear muffs here, I had been looking everywhere for them
