Little River Cafe & Store

Really great selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Excellent coffees and baked goods too for a quick afternoon stop. Lovely outdoor patio. Would recommend.

A great little shop with a little bit of everything, and some epic ice creams, I was especially happy to find a pack of sausages for less than I would have paid at the supermarket in Christchurch

Love stopping by here to look in the shop and gallery. I think they just need to change the layout of the cafe, it’s really cramped! Fine for takeaways though. Hit and miss with the staff as they mainly seem to be travellers. Some are fantastic and others don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Just off the beaten track and a nice stop on route to Akaroa! Delicious and fresh!
