The Laboratory

This is a really funky establishment. The have a good range of craft beer, and are quite unique (for example in the way that they've written their menu). Love the chicken with chipotle sauce, I'll definitely be coming back for more!

The decor is really interesting. Lots to look at and there was a buzz to the atmosphere as it was reasonably busy.
The beers were yum and food delicious. Most of the staff were friendly.

Great atmosphere in a very cool building. Tasty pizzas and chunky hot chips. Plus amazing beer! Great place and plenty of car parking.

Really great idea for a restaurant. The food is great, especially the pizzas. Also has a nice little function room for private parties which is secluded from the main restaurant. Staff are really friendly too.

My family and I love this place. It opened last year and is a joy and relief for those of us looking for a local eatery in Lincoln. The pizzas are great, the beers are always experimental but wonderful, and the building is fascinating. Always good for a Friday night out!
