On two occasions I went, great chat with people in the shop, they promised to get someone to call me back. On two occasions nothing happened, I never heard back.
They don't get a third time, I'll bring someone in from Palmerston North; it'll cost me more but st least I'll get some service.
Recommendation - don't bother going near them.
