Very tidy facilities, friendly staff and excellent food from the cafe and nicely heated spas make for a rewarding experience that will leave you feeling relaxed by the time you've got out. I highly recommend going here for the view and relaxing spa.

Absolutely love this place. Relaxing and calm atmosphere to relax and chill away from everything. I loved the face mask I was given by the staff it was so good made my skin so smooth. The staff were so helpful and very kind. The location was amazing and there were so many amazing hot pools to relax in and enjoy the amazing views. I met some lovely tourists here too. Great place to go for a relaxed moment.

MUST DO in Rotorua. Different prices for different swimming experiences from family pool to private spa pools that are yours for 45mins. There is an onsight cafe and a gift type store to pick up togs or towels and many other wonderful things.

Both experiences here have been good. First time the private spa was so nice , clean and I got longer then told I was allowed, was so nice to relax in. Second time all pools were full, and my voucher was going to run our the next day, the kind service lady extended my voucher .
