      Receptionist has a surly, abrupt manner. You have to wait ages to get your screen done (a week in both cases). Supposed to have a courtesy car service to drop you back to Thames but they never have it available so you have to wait for hours out at Kopu, where there NOTHING to do! Last time I had to wait in their kitchen and it was disgusting. Torn old uncomfortable chairs that looked like they came from the dump, at least three full rubbish bags (some on chairs..). Sat for ages looking at their dirty floor, dirty fridge exterior and dirty dishes. Yuck.

      The first bad experience I thought she was having a bad hair day, the second time I realized they are just always this way. Will never use again and next time we needed a screen I insisted on another Thames provider, even though our insurance company prefers we use this one.
