I couldn't recommend Total Recoveries more! When we broke down outside of Kerikeri at midnight last Friday I prepared for a bit of a drama... But it couldn't have been further from the truth. Dimitrios arrived within half an hour of me calling, and his and Nikki's customer service was far more than we could have expected. If you need a Northland tow truck call these guys first!

Total Recoveries are awesome! My 74 year old Mum and I were basically saved by one of their drivers Vaughn who bothered to stop and make sure we were ok after we had an car accident close to Kerikeri. If he had not picked us up I am sure we would have been waiting another hour for my Insurance company to arrange a tow truck. As luck would have it Total Recoveries were able to deal with my insurance company anyway! Vaughn blew us away with his kindness, politeness and professionalism. He took us (including the car of course) all the way back to Whangarei in his air conditioned truck with great views! So a pretty stressful situation turned into a good one. I can definitely recommend Total Recoveries.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Its great to meet people who are genuine and truly here to help. Fast, Friendly Reliable and a Great Rate, these guys have it all going for them. if you Ever need a tow ANYWHERE here in northland or bay of islands, you wont find any better than this. Thank you soooo much Dimitrios for saving mine and my daughters skin tonight, and getting us back to streetlights and safety.

Awesome service!!! quick and reliable! friendly and genuinely cared about my vehicle and chose the best way to retrieve my truck from down a bank to avoid any more damage, was really happy with the service i had, and recommend Total Recoveries to anyone who is in need of a helping hand A++ Thanks Demetrios!!
