Quite possibly the most pleasant, HONEST, well informed sales-person I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble, and when I can, I would rather shop here rather than ANY of the other appliance stores in the same block of shops. Awesome customer service.

Being new to Kerikeri we were thrilled to find such a great family style business where the customer still matters! Graeme was great to deal with and we were impressed with his knowledge and "no pressure" attitude. He went out of his way to coordinate delivery of our new whiteware with our house move and we recommend him highly!

what a great time and a great laugh to go with it. the service was A1 all night. very friendly bunch in there. i thought the Hamilton branch was good but it has nothing on Kawakawa. excellent night with neat people

I've been shopping here since they opened. Love the fact I know what I'm buying is chemical and spray free. They have a fabulous selection
