Our company founder Nicole Roach holds a variety of industry qualifications and personally trains every member of the team. Passionate about quality, she continues to work alongside them until she knows the job will be done to her exacting standards. She also does spot audits to ensure those standards are maintained. Formerly known as A-Team Carpet Cleaning, we changed our name in 2016 to reflect our expanded range of services which includes residential, contract and commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, advanced stain removal, water damage restoration, scotch guarding and meth testing. Our team includes an IICRC Certified Technician (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) which is the only internationally recognised carpet cleaning certification. Basically it means our work meets the highest professional standards in accordance with New Zealand and Australian Government regulations AS/NZS 3733:1995 and IICRC S100. It also means we are qualified to assess water damage for Insurance Companies. Just as importantly, our IICRC Technician can calculate and control the relative humidity in the air, protecting your furnishings and electronic equipment such as computers and printers from residual damage, something which is particularly important in a commercial environment.
