Great location. Just the pub/restaurant that suits the seaside environment. The beer we had before the meal hit the right spot! The Blue Cod - to die for!!! Sorry about the other folks.... but try getting that in Auckland at that price .... Thoroughly enjoyable, and recommended!!

We went to the restaurant in the evening and had the seafood platter for two. We don't normally order seafood when dining out but I wanted to try the local fare. This exceeded expectations, all the seafood, blue cod, mussels, squid, prawns and clams was cooked beautifully. Highly recommended.

The food was great, we had the seafood platter, which was obviously a favourite when we saw how many other people also ordered it. It would pay to book around holiday periods as it was pretty busy, but the service was still good. Would definitely return.
