We ordered a new ute through macaulay and they gave us an eta which came and went. Each week we would call to ask where it was and they would give us a new eta which kept oming and going. We did end up getting the ute 2 months after we were supposed to. It is a great ute but what a drama to get it

We needed something fixed on our old ford transit. the mechanic was super fast and had the problem fixed in 20 min. super service and super friendly people. thanks once more

Efficient and friendly staff. Our car goes in for WOF and service. They make effort to contact us for booking starting with a text and then a phone call when we do not respond in time. They drop us at work or give us a loan car for the day. Suitable waiting room inside.

Got something fixed on our van while travelling. Absolutely AMAZING service! The receptionist (I think her name was Jan) went above and beyond and was incredible. Fast and easy!!
