great range of furniture, helpful but not pushy staff

You are able to get good deals when they have sales, otherwise too expensive. Their sales staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes have little to no knowledge of the products they are recommending. Their after sales service is virtually non existent, you get referred to the manufacturer who refers you back to the store and you just end up going around in circles which is frustrating.

I love walking around and looking at all the furniture they have to offer. I like how the have it set up and you can get some ideas how to decoration your space. Quite expensive but do offer some great deals. Overall like what the store has to offer. Staff are great too

Very expensive, only worth going to when on sale. We needed a new camera, the guy serving us was lovely and friendly but didn't really know what he was talking about and couldn't answer our questions, ended up googling what we needed to know. Still, very happy with the camera we walked away with, glad we waited for a sale.

I've always been a loyal Harvey Norman customer (in other cities) but received such terrible and arrogant service while trying to buy a dishwasher that I went somewhere else and I will not be going back to HN! Such a shame.
