Staff are so lovely and its a great please for kids to see fish, rabbits and lizzards up close

I like the store and I like their prices. However I do have some concerns about the care of their animals. We purchased a large pletco (25cms long) and he was in a 30cm sqaure tank with 4 other large Pletco and other fish. He was covered in nips and bites. This is not enough room for these fish. The turtles have UVB lights but no heat lamps. This worries me due to the fact that people who buy the turtles will think they do not need a heat lamp when they clearly do.
