We travel here from Dunedin to buy tropical fish. Far bigger range than any of the stores in Dunedin and the staff are fantastic, happy to provide heat packs to get the fish home.

Love this store. Great customer service. Excellent selection. You don't find places like this much anymore. They are happy to give you a lined box for free to transfer any tropical fish you purchase too.

Staff are always friendly and happy to help, they seem to always know what they're talking about and the animals here all seem very happy and very well taken care of.

If you buys something from Diacks - you know it's gonna grow!! Stopped in to pick up some tomatoes but couldn't find the ones I wanted. Despite not knowing the variety they were quickly able to point me in the right direction to what I was describing.
