      I thought the process of choosing flooring was going to be easier. I felt like the staff could've given us more advice. The shop did look good and the staff were friendly but I wasn't happy with the overall experience.

      Appalling customer service. They are lovely instore but are terrible at returning calls or actually getting flooring laid after they have received the job. Wont use them again.
