Nice little shop in the middle of town. I bought vitamin tablets for my children and the owner that served me was very friendly, always has a smile. She was helpful and told me exactly what i needed to get for my kids needs. She was great, and definitely knew what she was talking about.

Came in today to get my supply of green tea sachets. The flavour i wanted wasn't in this time, or last time. They really need to stock up on the peach flavour. It seems to always be the flavour that runs out the fastest. I instead settled for a mix box. For the price i paid for the tea, it would be good to get the flavour your after.

good variety of stuff in store but found some information given by staff to not be very accurate regarding some of the product so i suggest to do your own homework first regarding what you are looking for. Theres a lot of stuff in there and cant expect staff to know every bit of it
