The Lake House Restaurant & Bar

Really neat location with a great view of lake hood, we went here for a friends 21st and the food was great. A bit more up market than the rest of the restaurants in ashburton so is a great place for a special occassion.

Burger of the day and a chicken burger plus waffle chips . Wife arrived back from CHCH I was working late Called the restaurant ,15minutes later picked ,went home and enjoyed the fantastic Burger delight They were great.

Loved our meal, service, atmosphere & view of Lake Hood, what an amazing high standard restaurant that also caters for kids, I am definitely going back to experience dining on the deck in summer!!

Lovely meal and beautiful location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great restaurant for a special event such as a birthday or anniversary.

A lovely place to have a coffee or a meal, lovely setting and great service.
