The Health on hand team is a family run business by Adrian and Tina. We are firm advocates of continued professional development, regularly attending courses to best update our skills and keep abreast of current developments in the world of osteopathy. Osteopathy is used to treat a wide variety of conditions, commonly: * Headaches, back and neck pain * Sports injuries * Arthritis * Occupational overuse syndromes * Asthma and associated breathing problems * Jaw and bite problems A specialized service is also offered for the treatment of babies and young children using very gentle, non invasive craniosacral techniques for conditions including: systems of colic, feeding difficulties and constipation. Adrian has a Masters degree in pediatric osteopathy. A good rapport is maintained with GP's and other health care professionals such as Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, and Physiotherapists so we can best work together for the benefit of the patient.
