Spark have been so helpful recently when I had issues with my Spotify and mobile. They had the problems sorted quickly. They also recognised I paid twice over for my mobile data roaming while overseas so acknowledged their fault and quickly reimbursed me.

The customer service is great and they are very friendly and helpful. If the waiting time is too long I love how they will call you back and you don’t lose your love in the que. they have good plans
