I had ordered a $60 hoody online, and it was being delivered to the Hastings store and I would pick it up from there. It was taking so long so I emailed them (Hastings Store) they told me sorry it’s out of stock and i need to get in contact with my bank. I never got a refund. No one ever emailed me back even when I sent heaps. The online help is bs, no response. And I work during the day and live an hour and a half away. Bad service, never going there or ordering anything from them again!

Great stock of all the best brands such as Nike, starter ect. Expensive so its worth waiting till they have one of there many promotions on. Laybuy available in store and online
