Had excellent service here recently from the staff in the powered garden tools section, both staff members very helpful and went the extra mile. Awesome!

I like this store although sometimes the assistants are over helpful and leaving you questioning what you were wanting in the first place. I would love an app designed where you could type in what you are looking for and it tells you which isle to go to because sometimes you can lose a lot of time looking for one small thing.

I can never find what I am looking for in here, but that's ok as the staff are always helpful and direct you to what ever you need if you ask. Purchased a venus fly trap and no one could tell me what type of potting mix to use to plant it in which was rather unhelpful as I didn't have a clue.

A very large range of products, some great deals, staff sometimes lack product knowledge though.
