Open year round, the Clive War Memorial Pool is a 25 metre, indoor heated pool surrounded by Farndon Park and on the edge of the Clive River. Clive Pool features superb Learn to Swim classes and dedicated lanes for water play and lap swimming. If you prefer to work out with others, our AquaFit classes cater for all fitness levels. A base for the Waimarama Surf Club and Hawke’s Bay Canoe Polo, Clive Pool is also used for school learn to swim and water safety classes. The main pool is heated to 28 degrees and the learner’s pool to 31 degrees. There’s always fun to be had at Clive Pool with giant inflatables often entertaining the kids during the weekend in Winter and school holidays.
