Used to be a spark customer one day went in and we treated poorly so decided would pop into 2dgrees to make my purchase the staff were amazing very friendly and helpful so I went back the next day to become a 2degrees customer they made the process so easy. Thumbs up

I use this service for mobile plans.Staff are very patient and also solve customer enquiries.

They tried to be helpful but didn't actually provide a solution to the problem apart from telling me to leave it a couple of days then come back if the issues were the same. I think it was just to fob me off as I wasn't buying anything to help them earn commission!
